<br />DES:djk 03/01/89 <br /> <br />(034/24) <br /> <br />on page 1 of Exhibit "C" hereof with the designation "Portions of <br /> <br />P.S.E., E.A.E. to be Abandoned" (which Exhibits are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference) has been superseded by <br /> <br /> <br />relocation, there are no other public facilities located within <br /> <br /> <br />said easement, and said easement is no longer required for public <br /> <br /> <br />purposes and, therefore, said easement shall be, and is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />ordered, vacated. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />accept, on behalf of the City, a deed of easement (in form <br /> <br /> <br />approved by the City Attorney) conveying to the City equivalent <br /> <br />easement rights to that easement ordered vacated pursuant to <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, in and to all that certain real property <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "B" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein, which easement is depicted on page <br /> <br />2 of Exhibit C with the designation "Public Service and Emergency <br /> <br />Access Easement". <br /> <br /> <br />3.
