<br />DAS:mms 3/22/89 (#23/l00) <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Installation of a Six <br /> <br />Inch Fire Service Line at, - and Stubbing of a Six Inch City <br /> <br /> <br />Water Main Line-Presently Serving, 3536 Haven Avenue in Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City, - California" by and between the City of Redwood City, West <br /> <br /> <br />Valley Construction Company and Midland Manufacturing Corp., for <br /> <br />the performance of said work in accordance with the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned bid proposal, copies of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3.
