DAS:mmg ~3/30/89 (#23/l05) DAS:mmg 4/03/89R OalGINAL RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11012 APR 3 1989 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING AREA FOR PARTS OF CERTAIN STREETS NEAR THE SEQUOIA HIGH SCHOOL; AND AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND STICKERS FOR SAID AREA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Division lO of Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, a residential permit parking area for the following streets and public right of ways or portions thereof, and the applicable time schedules (during which times it is unlawful for any person to park a vehicle for more than a consecutive period of one hour without a valid residential parking permit or temporary or guest permit and a sticker properly affixed to such vehicle) are hereby designated: Duane Street. Both sides, from Broadway to Brewster Avenue - Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., holidays excluded. Birch Street. Both sides, from James Avenue to Lexington Avenue - Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., holidays excluded. Clinton Street. Both sides, from James Avenue to Harrison Avenue - Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., holidays excluded. Elwood Street. (a) Both sides, from Hopkins Avenue to Brewster - Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., holidays excluded. (b) West side, from Brewster Avenue to James Avenue - Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., holidays excluded. Fulton Street.
