ORIGINAL APR 1.7 1989 RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AT 1627 MADDUX DRIVE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH: PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE AND SECTIONS 54955, 54955.1 AND 54956, GOVERNMENT CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 (commencing at Section 8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, the Council of the City of Redwood City by its Resolution No. 10999, adopted March 13, 1989, declared its intention to vacate the hereinafter described public service easement at its regular meeting of April 10, 1989; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions of the Streets and Highways Code, notice of intention to vacate the described public service easement has been published and posted; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 54955, 54955.1 and 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California the regular City Council meeting of April lO, 1989 was adjourned by the City Clerk for lack of a quorum to 7:30 o'clock p.m. on April 17, 1989, in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, and the public hearing to vacate the hereinafter described public service easement was continued to 7:30 o'clock p.m. on April l7, 1989 or as soon thereafter as said public hearing can be heard at said adjourned regular City Council meeting; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 54955, 54955.1 and 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California the adjournment of said meeting and continuance of said public hearing has been 11014
