<br />DES:d~~ 04/13/89 (048/24) <br /> <br />DRIGi ;'_HL <br /> <br />, . ., .[ I 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.11015 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH <br /> <br />(CINCO DE MAYO/MOTHER'S DAY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Hispanos Unidos for <br /> <br />the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection with the <br /> <br />Cinco de Mayo/Mother's Day Celebration on May 14, 1989, in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the <br /> <br />public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted pursuant <br /> <br />to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11015 <br />
