<br />Cinco De Mayo/Mother's <br />Day Celebration <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />10. Restroom Facilities. Adequate temporary restroom <br />facilities shall be provided by Permittee at no expense <br />to the city. <br /> <br />11. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters. It is further <br />agreed that the following miscellaneous concerns and <br />services shall he the responsibility of Permittee, <br />coordinated with and approved by the City Manager's <br />Office regarding: <br /> <br />· Additional security guards (6) in the stage area; <br />· Clean-up during and after the event, including sidewalk <br />tile clean-up; <br />. <br />Provision of trash bins and trash containers; <br />· Establishment of a First Aid Station and event head- <br />quarters or communications area; <br />. <br />Coordination with Police regarding block captians, <br />security and event communications; <br />· Notification to Downtown Merchants and Coordination <br />with those who want to stay open for the event; <br />· Beer and wine sales in paper cups, soft drinks iTl <br />cans or paper cups, no bottles; <br />· Maintain a centerline area clear of booths and ohstruc- <br />tions for 15 feet down all streets; maintain at least <br />a 6 foot clear area in front of all building areas. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or <br />contemplated in connection with said celebration shall not be <br />effectuated without the prior written consent of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />1101~ <br />
