<br />DAS:d~~ 04/12/89 (043/24) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0.11 024 <br /> <br />APR 1'7 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AMENDED FINAL MAP OF <br />MARINA SHORES CONDOMINIUMS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final map of Marina Shores Condominiums <br /> <br />Subdivision was conditionally approved and accepted by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 10184, adopted April 14, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider, Marina Shores, Inc., San Francisco, <br /> <br />California, has requested that an amended final map be approved <br /> <br />and accepted, which map is in compliance with the provisions of <br /> <br />the Subdivision Map Act; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Marina Shores Condominiums <br /> <br />Subdivision, entitled "Amended Map - Marina Shores - Condominium <br /> <br />Plan", is approved and accepted subject to the conditions as <br /> <br />described in the aforementioned Resolution No. 10184. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11 024 <br />
