ION li O. <br /> <br />11 025 <br /> <br />APR 2 4 1989 <br /> <br />ORiGH~AL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH FOR THE PENINSULA CELEBRATION ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />(4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Peninsula Celebration <br /> <br />Association for the use of certain public rights-of-way in connection <br /> <br />with the Peninsula Celebration Association 4th of July Celebration <br /> <br />on Tuesday, July 4, 1989, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br /> <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, <br /> <br />the regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby <br /> <br />adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br />* * * <br /> <br />11025 <br />
