<br />MJP:dj~ 04/19/89 (109/#23) <br /> <br />APR 2 4 1989 <br /> <br />11 O~ 6 <br /> <br />ORIGI N/iL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR THE PURCHASING OF SEWER <br />INSPECTION EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager called for bids for the purchase, <br /> <br />of sewer inspection equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, four (4) bids were received <br /> <br />for the purchase of said equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 3T Equipment Company, Petaluma, California, is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of <br /> <br />this Council to award said bid to 3T Equipment and Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of 3T Equipment Company, in the sum of Sixty <br /> <br />Two Thousand One Hundred Twenty Seven and 20/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($62,127.20), computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated <br /> <br />4/3/89 for the sale of sewer inspection equipment is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for said equipment. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all documents on behalf of the City of Redwood City for <br /> <br />the purchase of said sewer inspection equipment in accordance <br /> <br />with the above mentioned bid proposal, a copy of which proposal <br /> <br />is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3.
