The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Water Main Improvement <br /> <br /> <br />Project 1988-89 - (including addendums for Broadway Water Main <br /> <br />Improvements)" by and between the City of Redwood City and West <br /> <br /> <br />Valley Construction Company, Inc., for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work in accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, copies <br /> <br />of which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned West Valley Construction Company, Inc., are hereby <br /> <br />waived. <br /> <br />4.
