<br />DESIGNATION OF HISTORIC DISTRICT
<br />
<br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 40.7 of the Code of
<br />
<br />the City of Redwood City, the Council of the City of Redwood City
<br />
<br />does hereby designate the hereinafter described parcels or parts
<br />
<br />thereof in the City of Redwood City as a historic district, and
<br />
<br />does hereby find and determine that said district meets the
<br />
<br />criteria for such designation as set forth in Section 40.6 of the
<br />
<br />Code of the City of Redwood City based upon the facts stated that
<br />
<br />certain report of the Historic Resources Advisory Committee
<br />
<br />entitled "Stambaugh-Heller Historic Residential District" of
<br />
<br />October 1988, which report is on file in the office of the City
<br />
<br />Clerk and to which reference is hereby made for the full
<br />
