<br />MJP:mmg nS/25/89 (#23/129) <br />MJP:mmg j/05/89R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~Q.II048 <br /> <br />OHIGINAL <br />JUN - 5 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING 402 HELLER STREET, "THE BAPTIST <br />CHURCH", 1417 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD, "THE GRANGER HOUSE" AND <br />423 BEECH STREET, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, AS HISTORIC <br />SITES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources <br /> <br />Advisory Committee presented an application, (and documents in <br /> <br />support of said application), to the Planning Commission <br /> <br />requesting the designation of the hereinafter described parcels <br /> <br />or parts thereof as historic sites; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said <br /> <br />application and documents, and upon the testimony received at its <br /> <br />noticed public hearing held upon said Committee's requested <br /> <br />designation, has recommended that the following parcels or parts <br /> <br />thereof be designated as historic sites: <br /> <br />402 Heller Street; being Lots 4, 5, and a portion of <br />Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9; Block 76; Eastern Addition <br />Subdivision; APN 053-148-130; "R-4" <br />(Multi-Family--Medium Density) District. <br /> <br />1417 Middlefield Road; being Lots 5, 6, 7, 8; Block 74 <br />and adjacent portion of Elm Street abandonment, Eastern <br />Addition Subdivision; APN 053-144-130; "R-4" <br />(Multi-Family--Medium Density) District. <br /> <br />423 Beech Street; being a portion of Block 75, Eastern <br />Addition Subdivision 1/81; APN 053-145-080 and <br />053-145-070; "R-4" (Multi-Family--Medium Density) <br />District. <br />
