Develop rules. regulations. procedures. and forms for the <br />preparation and submittal of transportation surveys. <br />annual reports. employer/sponsor TSM programs and other <br /> <br />necessary TSM procedures and forms; <br /> <br />3. Review. approve and. if necessary. request changes in. <br /> <br />all TSM programs developed by employers and sponsors; <br />4. Evaulate and determine when the requirements of <br />Ordinance 1991 shall be applicable; <br /> <br />5. Submit, on at least an annual basis, a summary report to the <br /> <br />City Council and the TSM Board of Directors, Supervisory <br /> <br />Committee and Advisory and Appeals Committee describing <br />the results of the transportation surveys, TSM programs, and <br />annual reports and their success in attaining the TSM <br />objectives as well as the goals and purposes established berein; <br /> <br />6. Review compliance with Ordinance 1991 and, if necessary, <br /> <br />recommend implementation of the enforcement provisions <br /> <br />of Section 10; <br /> <br />7. Recommend changes to Ordinance 1991 as may be necessary to <br /> <br />meet the goals and objectives established berein; and <br /> <br />8. Review and approve, approve with conditions. or disapprove <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a TSM Program or information program from employers or sponsors. <br /> <br />SELECTION CRITERIA <br /> <br />Selection shall be made upon the following criteria: <br /> <br />1.
