<br />DES:d~ 05/08/89 (051124) <br /> <br />City desires to permit the issuance of MCCs on an "as available" <br /> <br />basis within the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. This Council does hereby approve the issuance of <br /> <br />Mortgage Credit Certificates pursuant to the above-referenced <br /> <br /> <br />authorities, and hereby designates the County of San Mateo, <br /> <br /> <br />acting by and through its Housing and Community Development <br /> <br />Division, as the Administrator of the Mortgage Credit Certificate <br /> <br /> <br />Program within the City of Redwood City for the issuance of such <br /> <br />certificates on an "as available" basis. <br /> <br />2.
