Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration <br />Association to conduct an Arts and Crafts Fair (no <br />food or drink sales in Arts and Crafts area), on <br />July 1 - 4, 1989, on the sidewalks of Broadway Avenue <br />from Jefferson to Middlefield and Middlefield from <br />Broadway to Winslow, per the map attached to letter <br />from PCA, May 17, 1989; <br /> <br />2. An Amendment to your Insurance Certificate must be <br />received in the City Clerk's office by June 23, 1989, <br />extending coverage to the July 1 - 4 Arts and Crafts <br />Fair; <br /> <br />3. A t least 2 portable toilet units must be made available <br />in the immediate area for all four days of the event; <br /> <br />l]O~~ <br />
