<br />DES:mmg 05/30/89 (#23/135) <br />DES:mmg ;/05/89R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.II061 <br /> <br />OHIGI NAL <br /> <br />JUN 5 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR <br />INDIAN CREEK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Indian Creek Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Lea Engineering, consultant for <br /> <br />the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> <br />the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ( "Ci ty" ) for recordation, the owner or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Indian Creek Subdivision" wherein Owner, in <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />Ci ty, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and <br />such other improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form subject <br />
