RES 0 L UTI 0 N No.II061 OHIGI NAL JUN 5 1989 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR INDIAN CREEK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map (including any dedications of easements described therein) of Indian Creek Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Lea Engineering, consultant for the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said

<br />DES:mmg ~5/30/89 (#23/135) <br />DES:mmg/05/89R <br /> <br />services shall be returned to Owner. OWner understands and <br />agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and <br />agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br />services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br />by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall furnish to City and file with the <br />Ci ty Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability <br />and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Indian Creek Condominiums" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Construction Specifications for Indian Creek Garden <br /> <br />Condominiums", which plans and specifications are now on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according to which the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Indian Creek Subdivision" (form date 5/31/89), a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br /> <br />lS hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
