OWner <br />understands and agrees that the amount of said deposit is an <br />estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the <br />aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days <br />after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Golden Gate Townhouses Subdivision <br /> <br />108, 128, 168, 188 <br /> <br />Car los Avenue" <br /> <br />and those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Golden Gate Townhouses Technical Specifications", which plans <br /> <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements <br /> <br />shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Golden Gate Townhouses Subdivision" (form date 5/31/89), a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
