The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Comprehensive Street Tree <br /> <br />Maintenance Project 1989-90" (form dated 6/14/89), by and between <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City and Davey Tree Surgery Company, for the <br /> <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br /> <br />bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made <br /> <br /> <br />for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Any informalities in the aforementioned bid of Davey <br /> <br /> <br />Tree Surgery Company, are hereby waived. <br /> <br />4.
