Paragraph 4 of the Basic Agreement is hereby amended to <br /> <br />read as follows: <br /> <br />"4. TERM. The term of this agreement is one (1) year, <br /> <br />to wit: July 1, 1989 <br /> <br />June 30, 1990, unless sooner <br /> <br />terminated by either party as provided in paragraph 6. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, this agreement may be renewed <br /> <br />by written amendment or supplement hereto approved, in the <br /> <br />case of SBSA, by motion of its Commission, and in the case <br /> <br />of City, by motion of its Council." <br /> <br />3.
