DES:mmg 0~/29/89 (#25/018) RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. .-LLO..1....9.- JUL 1,01989 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SANDPIPER SUBDIVISION NO. 2 AREA "E" COpy WHEREAS, the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY and REDWOOD SHORES, INC., entered into that certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Sandpiper Subdivision No.2, Area "E" dated June 8, 1987 (the "Basic Agreement") in connection with the approval by this Council of the final map of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, Redwood Shores, Inc., has requested that the time for construction of the public improvements described in the Basic Agreement be extended to June 30, 1990; and WHEREAS, this Council is willing to grant said extension; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement for the Improvement of Sandpiper Subdivision No.2, Area "E" (form dated 06/29/89), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Redwood Shores, Inc., amending the Basic Agreement to extend the time permitted during which the public improvements therein described shall be constructed, a copy of which amendment to agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. * * *
