<br />CES:mmg 07/11/89 (#25/021) <br /> <br />agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and <br />agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid <br />services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing <br />by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Proposed Drainage and <br /> <br />Extension of Street Pavement" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "City of Redwood City Standard Specifications, 1974 <br /> <br />Edition", which plans and specifications are now on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and OWner, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement <br /> <br />of Parcel Map 88-2" (form dated 07/11/89), a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />4.
