<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SEAPORT CENTRE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />METHOD OF ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />The method of assessment to the various parcels within the <br />Seaport Centre Maintenance District shall be calculated as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The entire cost of annual operation, maintenance, <br />replacements, or betterments is to be levied against and be <br />borne by Assessment Parcels one (1) ~hrough seventeen (17), <br />inclusive, as shown on that certain map entitled "Proposed <br />Boundary Seaport Centre Maintenance District", filed in the <br />office of the City Clerk on January 24, 1985, or as <br />subsequently amended to reflect resubdivision or <br />reparce1izing of said numbered Assessment Parcels, on the <br />basis of the area that each Assessment Parcel bears to the <br />total acreage of all Assessment Parcels. The area of each <br />Assessment Parcel and the total acreage of all Assessment <br />Parcels shall not include any area which represents lands <br />owned in fee simple by a public corporation or any public <br />streets in use or to be used in the performance of a public <br />function. <br />
