A statement of the formula upon and by which annual <br /> <br /> <br />assessment levies for the payment of said costs and expenses will <br /> <br /> <br />be apportioned according to benefits among the several lots or <br /> <br />parcels of property within said Maintenance District is set forth <br /> <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />4. This Council hereby finds and declares that the City <br /> <br /> <br />Manager has caused to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a <br /> <br /> <br />report, in writing, which provides the basis for the levy of <br /> <br />benefit assessments for said cost of maintenance and operation on <br /> <br />all lots or parcels of property with the District. Said report <br /> <br />sets forth the amounts to be provided in the budget for <br /> <br /> <br />maintenance and operation, a description of each lot or parcel of <br /> <br /> <br />property in the District, by a legal description, Assessor's <br /> <br />Parcel Number or other description sufficient to identify the <br /> <br /> <br />same, and the amount of assessment to be levied for the fiscal <br /> <br /> <br />year 1989-1990 against each lot or parcel of property. Said <br /> <br />report shall be, and is hereby approved by this Council, and <br /> <br /> <br />shall be open to public inspection. <br /> <br />5. Monday, the 7th day of August, 1989, at the hour of <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be <br /> <br /> <br />heard, at the regular meeting place of this Council, in the <br /> <br /> <br />Chambers of the Board of Supervisors, Hall of Justice and <br /> <br /> <br />Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, are the <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11087 <br />
