JUL 24 1989 ORiGINAL ---------- RES 0 L UTI 0 N No.I1089 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 89-2 (2326 CHESHIRE DRIVE), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. <br />CES:mmg ~/18/89 (#25/031) <br /> <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form subject <br />to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the faithful <br />performance of said Owner of all work and construction of <br />all improvements designated or ment~oned in said agreement, <br />within the time therein specified, the amount of said <br />security to be Sixty-three Thousand Eight Hundred and No/I00 <br />Dollars ($63,800.00); and shall also furnish to City and <br />file with the City Clerk, a good and sufficient security in <br />a form subject to the approval of the City Attorney securing <br />the payment by Owner of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvements, and the doing of all other work therein agreed <br />to be done by OWner, the amount of said security to be <br />Sixty-three Thousand Eight Hundred and No/I00 Dollars <br />($63,800.00). OWner shall have prepared complete "as built" <br />plans prior to the release of the above described bonds. <br /> <br />(c) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall undertake to guarantee for one (1) <br />year the workmanship and materials of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement. After the release of said final map but <br />before acceptance of the improvements by City, OWner shall <br />furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a good and <br />sufficient security in a form subject to the approval of the <br />City Attorney, securing the faithful performance by OWner of <br />all such maintenance work, the amount of said security to be <br />Six Thousand Three Hundred Eighty and No/I00 Dollars <br />($6,380.00). Said security shall be effective for a period <br />of one (1) year after acceptance of the improvements by <br />Ci ty' s Council. <br />(d) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall deposit Six Thousand Two Hundred <br />and No/IOO Dollars ($6,200.00) for plan checking, <br />engineering, inspection, laboratory and field testing, water <br />supply, and all other applicable fees and charges.
