<br />DES:mmg ~~/27/89 (#40/032) <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />Attorney shall also defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, its Council, commissions, boards, officers, <br /> <br />agents and employees from any and all claims or causes of action <br /> <br />resulting from Attorney's negligent performance or failure to <br /> <br />perform its services hereunder. <br /> <br />ll. Term; Renewal Terms. The term of this agreement is July <br /> <br />1, 1989 through June 30, 1990.
