DES:dj~ 08/01/89 (006/26) DES:d~ 08/07/89R Using the Alternative Method, Approving City Manager I s Report, and Providing Notice of Hearing Thereon Seaport Boulevard Landscape Maintenance District", adopted July 24, 1989, this Council approved the City Manager's Report (the "Report II ) required to be prepared pursuant to said Ordinance No. 1895 setting forth the amounts to be provided in the budget for maintenance and operation, a description of each lot or parcel of property in the District, by a legal description, Assessor's Parcel Number or other description sufficient to identify the same, and the amount of assessment to be levied for the fiscal year 1989-1990 against each lot or parcel of property; and WHEREAS, notice of hearing on any and all protests in relation to the Report was given by causing a notice of hearing to be duly posted, published and mailed in the time, form and manner provided by said Ordinance No. 1895, all as more particularly appears from the certificates and affidavits thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk; and WHEREAS, the hearing thereon was duly and regularly held at the time and place advertised in said notice; and WHEREAS, written protests objecting to the Report were filed with the City Clerk at or before the time set for hearing by the owners of more than 1/2 of area of the property in the Seaport Centre Maintenance District subject to the special benefit assessments described in the Report, the Report was thereafter revised, and said written protests, and all of them, were withdrawn, and all persons interested desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard and all matters and things 2 1J099
