<br />DES:di~ 08/l6/89 (Ol2/26) <br /> <br />OltlGINAL <br /> <br />AUG 2 1 1989 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL GRANT TO <br />FUND LIBRARY PROJECTS PURSUANT TO THE LIBRARY SERVICES <br />AND CONSTRUCTION ACT AMENDMENTS OF 1984 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11128 <br /> <br />(FEDERAL FISCAL YEARS 1988-89; 1989-90) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />The City Librarian is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />apply for (federal) fiscal years 1988-89 and 1989-90 grant funds <br /> <br />to fund library projects in the City of Redwood City pursuant to <br /> <br />Titles I (Library Services) and III (Interlibrary Cooperation and <br /> <br />Resource Sharing) of the Library Services and Construction Act, <br /> <br />as amended (P.L. 597, 84th Congress), and to execute all <br /> <br />necessary or appropriate documents in furtherance of said <br /> <br />application. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11128 <br />
