Permittee shall pay to City, throughout the <br />duration of this permit, a fee of Five Hundred and No/lOO Dollars <br />($500.00) per month for use of the Subject Premises. The initial <br />monthly payment shall be made upon execution of the acceptance <br />hereof by Permittee. <br />4. IMPROVEMENT COMPLIANCE. All improvements necessitated <br />by the permission granted herein shall be constructed in <br />conformance with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules <br />and regulations (specific reference is made to "City of Redwood <br />City Standard Specifications dated August 1974") and said <br />construction shall be expressly subject to the approval of the <br />City Engineer and the Director of Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services, a site plan, and an improvement plan, specifying the <br />work to be done. <br />The improvement plan shall specify the following work to be <br />done: <br />grading and fencing; <br />and all other work, improvements or appurtenances required and/or <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer and the Director of Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services. <br />5. COST OF IMPROVEMENTS. The construction and <br />installation of said improvements shall be at the sole cost and <br />expense of Permittee and Permittee shall maintain said <br />improvements in a state of good repair and in a neat and <br />attractive condition, and free from debris, likewise at its own <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11129 <br />
