<br />DES:djY 08/21/89 (013/26) <br /> <br />thereby determined to be the Final EIR, and thereafter, this <br />Council must and consider said EIR and the application of all <br />mitigating measures and project alternatives described in it; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has found that said EIR has considered <br />all environmental impacts of the proposed San Mateo County <br />Hazardous Waste Management Plan, is complete and adequate, and in <br />full compliance with all requirements of CEQA and the Guidelines; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on review and consideration of said EIR, <br /> <br /> <br />evidence presented in the staff report prepared by the Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City Planning Department and consideration of testimony presented <br /> <br />at the public hearing there is no substantial evidence that the <br /> <br /> <br />project as proposed will result in any significant environmental <br /> <br />impacts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, facts and evidence, relied on by this Council <br /> <br /> <br />making its determination regarding the insignificance of the <br /> <br />environmental impacts, are found in the EIR as follows: <br /> <br />Geotechnical Pages 24-30 <br />Biological Pages 30-32 <br />Hydrology/Water Quality Pages 32-35 <br />Air Quality Pages 35-38 <br />Land Use Pages 38-44 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />l.
