<br />DES:d~ 08/16/89 <br /> <br />(011/26) <br /> <br />the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, a quitclaim deed for that purpose. <br /> <br />2. Pursuant to the provisions of Part 3, Chapter 4 of <br /> <br /> <br />Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br /> <br />California (commencing with ~8330) this Council does hereby find <br /> <br /> <br />and declare that the aforesaid non-access strip is in the nature <br /> <br /> <br />of a public service easement which easement has been superseded <br /> <br />by relocation and there are no other public facilities located <br /> <br />within the easement. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 of Part 3, <br /> <br />Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br /> <br />California this Council does hereby order that certain non-access <br /> <br /> <br />restriction adjacent to Twin Dolphin Drive in the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />City more particularly described as Parcel I in Exhibit A hereof <br /> <br /> <br />vacated, based upon the exchange of property interests heretofore <br /> <br /> <br />authorized and approved. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11144 <br />
