Pursuant to the provisions of Part 3, Chapter 4 of <br /> <br /> <br />Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br /> <br />California (commencing with ~8330) this Council does hereby find <br /> <br /> <br />and declare that the aforesaid non-access strip is in the nature <br /> <br /> <br />of a public service easement which easement has been superseded <br /> <br />by relocation and there are no other public facilities located <br /> <br />within the easement. <br /> <br /> <br />3.
