<br />CES:mmg 07/27/89 (#41/010) <br /> <br />Exhit..-<.t "A" <br /> <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT TO REDWOOD CITY CHILD DEVELOPMENT <br />CENTER FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MADE AT FAIR OAKS <br />COMMUNITY CENTER - PLAY AREA <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. <br /> <br />of the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted <br /> <br />, 1989, <br /> <br />permission is hereby granted to REDWOOD CITY CHILD DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />PROGRAM (hereinafter referred to as "Permittee"), to make <br /> <br />improvements at the Fair Oaks Community Center, 2600 Middlefiled <br /> <br />Road, Redwood City, California, 94063 (hereinafter referred to as <br /> <br />"Subject Premises"), <br /> <br />owned by the Ci ty of Redwood City <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "City"), to enhance the use of <br /> <br />portions at said property as a child care center. <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />PERMIT REVOCABLE. <br /> <br />This permit does not constitute a <br /> <br />deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any <br /> <br />property interest and is revocable without cause at any time at <br /> <br />the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective <br /> <br />immediately upon giving thirty (30) days prior notice of such <br /> <br />revocation to Permittee at Redwood City Child Development, Corp., <br /> <br />2600 Middlefiled Road, Redwood City, California, 94063. <br /> <br />2. CITY RIGHTS. City reserves the right to have unlimited <br /> <br />access to the Subj ect Premises or any part thereof for any <br /> <br />municipal or public purpose.
