<br />CES:mmg 07/31/89 (#25/049) <br />CES:djm /28/89R <br />CES:djm 10/02/89 <br /> <br />Said security shall be effective for a period of one (1) <br />year after acceptance of the improvements by City's Council. <br />(d) Before the release of said parcel map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall deposit Three Thousand Eight Hundred and <br />No/IOO Dollars ($3,800.00) for plan checking, engineering, <br />inspection, laboratory and field testing, water supply, and all <br />other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the deposit not <br />utilized by City for payment of its services shall be returned to <br />OWner. OWner understands and agrees that the amount of said <br />deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount <br />for the aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days <br />after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said parcel map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Improvements <br /> <br />APN 059-131-080 059-151-120 West Oakwood Boulevard, Redwood City" <br /> <br />and those certain specifications entitled "City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Standard Specifications 1974", which plans and specifications are <br /> <br />now on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvements of <br /> <br />Parcel Map 89-3", providing for both Initial and Future <br /> <br />Improvements (form dated 10/02/89), a copy of which is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11162 <br />
