<br />CES:djm 10/10/89 (089/#25) <br /> <br />(d) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall deposit Seventy-Nine Thousand Three <br />Hundred Sixty and No/100 Dollars ($79,360.00) for plan <br />checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field <br />testing, water supply, and all other applicable fees and <br />charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for <br />payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. OWner <br />understands and agrees that the amount of said deposit is an <br />estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the <br />aforesaid services provided by City wi thin ten (10) days <br />after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, OWner shall furnish to the City and file with <br />the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br />above-described agreement. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.1" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Standard Technical Specifications for Public Works <br />Projects Dated September 1982", and the City's Standard Details, <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.1", (form dated 10/16/89), a copy <br />of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />11167 <br />
