<br />CES:djm 09/13/89 (062/#25) <br /> <br />interest rates substantially below prevailing industry standards <br />offered to the general public and/or agencies independent of this <br />or similar agreements; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br />City entitled "Leveraged Lending Agreement For Rehabilitation <br />Loans ", (form dated August 28,1989) by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and First Interstate Bank of California, a <br />California banking corporation, and Continental Community <br />Funding, a Delaware corporation, providing for certain <br />administrative and lending services for the City's Rehabilitation <br />Program, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11169 <br />
