<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of <br />Supervisors that: <br /> <br />1. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby urges the <br />State of California and Southern Pacific Transportation Company to open the <br />Dumbarton Railroad Bridge on an emergency basis and to do whatever is <br />necessary to make the railway connection between San Mateo County and <br />the East Bay fully operational as soon as possible. <br /> <br />11172 <br />
