<br />DES: d~' 10/05/89 (0 l8 / 26) <br /> <br />increase or decrease the allocation of Capacity Rights reserved <br /> <br />and conveyed to District under the Basic Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Second Supplemental <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights and <br /> <br />Services" (form dated lO/05/89) by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and the Fair Oaks Sewer Maintenance District, supplementing the <br /> <br /> <br />Basic Agreement and conditionally consenting to the annexation to <br /> <br /> <br />the District of certain therein described territory, a copy of <br /> <br /> <br />which agreement is on file of the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />11177 <br />
