<br />CES:djm 11/6/89 (lOl/#25) <br /> <br />above-described surplus property described as Lot #l in <br />accordance with bidder's proposal dated September 26,1989 is <br />hereby accepted and said bidder is hereby and declared to be the <br />lowest responsible bidder for Lot #1 of said surplus property. <br />2. The bid of Groeniger and Company in the amount of Eight <br />Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Eight and No/100 Dollars ($8,288.00) <br />for the surplus property described as Lot #2 in accordance with <br />bidder's proposal dated September 26,1989 is hereby accepted and <br />said bidder is declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for <br />Lot #2 of surplus property. <br />3. The bid of Roberts and Brune Company in the amount of <br />Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eight and No/lOO Dollars ($5,708.00) <br />for the surplus property described as Lot #6 in accordance with <br />said bidder's proposal dated September 26, 1989 is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is declared to be the lowest responsible <br />bidder for Lot #6 of Surplus Property. <br />4. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />to execute and attest thereto, respectively, to such sale <br />documents as are approved as to form by the City Attorney in <br />order to complete the sale of the City surplus property described <br />as Lots #1, #2, and #6 to the respective parties as described <br />herein. <br />5. Any informalities in the aforementioned bids of <br />Groeniger and Company for Lots #1 and #2 of said surplus property <br />and of Roberts and Brune Company for Lot #6 of said City surplus <br />property are hereby waived. <br />6.
