Box 391 <br />Redwood City, California 94064 <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />We are in receipt of a communication dated October 25, <br />1989 entitled "Notice To Property Owners, Businesses <br />and Others" sent via certified mail and correctly <br />addressed to Carol Graham and Arthur Graham, Trustees <br />at P. O. Box 5156/ Redwood City, California 94063. <br /> <br />The undersigned, Arthur Graham, is also President of <br />Free-Flow Packaging Corporation. <br /> <br />Free-Flow Packaging Corporation leases an approximately <br />2.5 acre developed parcel bounded by Charter Street on <br />the East and the Bayshore (shown as an extension of <br />Veterans Boulevard) on the North and by the U.S. Post <br />Office on the West. <br /> <br />We herewith protest the inclusion of the industrial <br />area bounded by Spring street on the South and Charter <br />Street on the East and Veterans Boulevard on the North <br />in the Redevelopment Area. <br /> <br />The subject property serves as the worldwide head- <br />quarters of Free-Flow Packaging Corporation which <br />currently employs fifty-three people in Redwood City. <br /> <br />We currently have plans to double our plant size from <br />approximately 42/000 square feet to 80/000 square feet <br />on the subject 2.5 acre site and to employ, when <br />completed, and additional thirty people. <br /> <br />We obviously would not proceed with such an expansion <br />if the property were to be subsequently subject to <br />eminent domain proceedings. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />11191 <br />
