<br />DES:djk 12/07/89 (026/26) <br />DEe 1 1 t989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 11193 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AGENTS <br />FEDERAL AND STATE DISASTER <br />FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE <br /> <br />FOR <br />RELIEF <br /> <br />APPLICATION FOR <br />AND EMERGENCY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The following designated persons holding the offices or <br /> <br />positions of employment with the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, designated hereinafter are, and each of them is / <br /> <br />hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California established by Charter pursuant to the Constitution of <br /> <br />the State of California, application or applications, and to file <br /> <br />the same with the Office of Emergency Services of the State of <br /> <br />California for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial <br /> <br />assistance under Public Law 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. <br /> <br />Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, or <br /> <br />state financial assistance under the Natural Disaster Assistance <br /> <br />Act: <br /> <br />Name <br /> <br />Title <br /> <br />Robert W.
