The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute and attest, respectively, the First Amendment on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for <br />any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br />portion or sections of the Ordinance.
