Section 35.155 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> SECTION 32.155 -- MAXIMUM <br /> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article, the <br /> annual business license tax payable for any one business shall not <br /> exceed three thousand thirty dollars ($3,030.00). <br /> Section 4. The purpose of this Ordinance is to update the text of the Municipal Code to <br /> reflect the tax rates currently in effect and the Municipal Code publisher shall make an <br /> editor's note to this effect under the direction of the City Attorney. Nothing in this <br /> Ordinance is intended to increase the tax applicable to any taxpayer. <br /> Section 5. The proposed Ordinance is not subject to CEQA because it is not a"projecY' <br /> pursuant to Public Resource Code s. 21065, as the purpose of the ordinance is to clarify <br /> existing law. <br /> Section 6. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with the provisions <br /> of the City Charter. <br /> Section 7.
