Section 7. Chapter 7 of the Redwood City Municipal Code regarding permits to conduct the <br /> business of automobile wrecking is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 7.1. - CONDUCT OF BUSINESS—NOISY, ETC., MANNER; USE OF PUBLIC <br /> STREETS: <br /> It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to engage in the business of wrecking or <br /> salvaging automobiles or selling parts or portions of wrecked or salvaged automobiles, <br /> to conduct his business in an unreasonably noisy, dirty or unclean manner, or to use any <br /> portion of any public street for the conduct of the business or for the placing of any <br /> automobile or part thereof intended to be, or for the purpose of being, wrecked or taken <br /> apart. <br /> 7.2. - CONDUCT OF BUSINESS—PUBLIC NUISANCE, ETC.: <br /> It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to conduct the business of wrecking or <br /> salvaging automobiles or selling parts or portions of wrecked or salvaged automobiles so <br /> that the business shall become a public nuisance or shall interfere or inconvenience <br /> adjoining property owners or places of business. <br /> Section 8. Sections 9.22 through 9.36, of Article III, of the Redwood City Municipal Code <br /> regarding moving buildings are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> 9.22. - DEFINITIONS: <br /> For the purposes of this Article, the following words and phrases shall have the <br /> meanings respectively ascribed to them by this Section: <br /> BUILDING: Includes every building or structure for which a building permit would <br /> be necessary if it were being constructed within the City. <br /> BUILDING PERMIT: Shall mean building permits issued pursuant to the Building <br /> Code. <br /> 9.23. - APPLICATION OF ARTICLE TO FACTORY-BUILT HOUSING: <br /> The provisions of this Article shall not apply to factory-built housing constructed under <br /> the provisions of the California Factory-Built Housing Law. <br /> 9.24. - PERMIT REQUUIRED TO MOVE BUILDING <br /> No person shall move any building or structure within the City from one lot or parcel of <br /> property to another lot or parcel of property in the City or outside the City, or from any <br /> place outside the City to a site within the City, without first securing a permit from the <br /> Building Official. <br /> 9.25. –APPLICATIONS FOR PERMIT TO MOVE BUILDING <br /> Applications for building moving permits shall be filed in triplicate with the Building <br /> Official on forms approved by the Building Official. Every application shail contain the <br /> following information: <br /> A. A description of the type of building to be moved. <br /> B. The current and proposed location of the building. <br /> C.
