Supermarkets: Markets with garbage grinders or other <br /> mechanical disposal systems in other similar classes of use: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2012: Fifty-Seven dollars <br /> and Eighty-Eight cents ($57.88) plus an additional monthly charge <br /> per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br /> discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of <br /> one thousand (1000) cubic feet, as stipulated in the table below. <br /> 5. Institutional and Public: All establishments used for institutional <br /> purposes, both private and public, including schools, colleges, rest <br /> homes, clubs, public buildings, lodges, and other similar classes of <br /> use: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2012: Fifty-Seven dollars <br /> and Eighty-Eight cents ($57.88) plus an additional monthly charge <br /> per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br /> discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of <br /> one thousand (1000) cubic feet, as stipulated in the table below. <br /> 6. Hospitals: All institutions where the sick or injured are given <br /> medical or surgical care: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective July 1, 2012: Fifty-Seven dollars <br /> and Eighty-Eight cents ($57.88) plus an additional monthly charge <br /> per one hundred (100) cubic feet of waste or wastewater <br /> discharged or deposited into the sewerage facilities in excess of <br /> one thousand (1000) cubic feet, as stipulated in the table below. <br /> 7.
