09/24/2012 <br /> (a) For the purchase of other off-street parking places or facilities for the <br /> parking district, or for improvements, additions and extensions to the <br /> existing facilities therein; <br /> (b) To pay the principal of and interest on the parking bonds of this issue <br /> or any additional parking bonds of the district then outstanding; <br /> (c) To pay the principal of and interest on parking loans of the district then <br /> outstanding; or <br /> (d) For any other municipal purpose as determined by the City Council to <br /> be in the best interest of the residents of the City." <br /> SECTION 4. This Ordinance is not a project subject to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance <br /> with applicable law. <br /> SECTION 6.
