The Director shall notifv each affected Customer-user when if is time for the <br /> backflow preventer installed on the Customer-user svstem to be tested. This written <br /> notice shall qive the Customer-user thirtv (30) davs to have the backflow prevenfer <br /> tested bv a Qualified Tester and fo submit the results to the Director. <br /> 6--- <br /> � 2. The Director shall send a second notice fo each Customer-user who does not <br /> submit their test results as prescribed in the first notice within the thirtv (30) dav period <br /> allowed. The second notice shall qive the Customer-user a two (2) week period to have <br /> their backflow preventer tested and to submit the test results to the Citv. <br /> �- <br /> � 3. Failure to submit repuired test results within the time required bv the notice is a <br /> violation of this Article subiectinq the Customer-user to the remedies and penalties <br /> provided herein. <br /> � <br /> � C. Test Reportinq.
