ORDINANCE NO. 2394 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2180 RELATING TO REDWOOD SHORES COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 99-1 (SHORES TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT) OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council of the City has previously formed the Redwood Shores Community Facilities District No. 99-1 (Shores Transportation Improvement Project) of the City of Redwood City (the "District") under the provisions of the Mello- Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982, as amended (constituting Section 53311 et seq. of the California Government Code) (the "Act"). In connection with the formation of the District and the levy of special taxes therein, on August 23, 1999, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2180, titled "An Ordinance of the Council of Redwood City Authorizing the Levy of a Special Tax Within Redwood Shores Community Facilities District No
