ORDINANCE NO. 2395 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING SECTION 38.5 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO WATER SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 38.5 of the Redwood City Municipal Code is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: Sec. 38.5. WATER SERVICE CHARGE: In addition to all other charges and fees applicable to users of water from the water system owned or operated by the City of Redwood City, as established by the Water Rules and Regulations of the of Public Works Division of the Community

06/24/2013 <br />(4) Area 4: All premises located outside the City of Redwood City and <br />requiring extra pumping service to provide water service thereto shall be <br />included in Area 4. <br /> <br />(5) Area 5: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />which were formerly included in the service area for any water company or <br />system acquired in bulk by the City shall be included in Area 5. <br /> <br />(6) Area 6: All premises located within or outside the City of Redwood City on <br />publicly-owned property and used as a college campus shall be included <br />in Area 6. <br /> <br />(f) Monthly Water Quantity Rates <br />.
