ESTABLISHMENT OF DOWNTOWN METER ZONE �AS€-METER RATES FOR ON-STREET PARKING AREAS: A. Under the authority of California Vehicle Code section 22508, meter rate for the Downtown Meter Zone 8 shall be one dollar ($1.00) per hour, Mondav throuqh Saturdav, 10 AM to 6 PM, subiect to adjustment in accordance with Section 20.133.
