ORDINANCE NO. 2409 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING DIVISIONS 3, 7 AND 8 AND ADDING DIVISIONS 14 AND 15 OF ARTICLE VII OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CITY CODE OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council adopts the following findings: A. The City of Redwood City wants to provide a mixed use, walkable downtown that allows residents to forego (or limit) car ownership
